摘要
介绍了一种新型的T型附加切削铣头结构,可用于完成两个或多个平行平面的强力切削加工。与普通的直角型附加切削铣头相比,可减少铣头主轴的转动次数,有利于加工效率的提高;同时,由于在一次铣头主轴定位的情况下,可完成两个或多个平行平面的铣削加工,保证了各平行平面之间的位置精度。
This article introduces a new type of T-shape attachment milling head structure, which can be used for the heavy duty machining of more than two parallel planes. Compared to conventional right angle attachment milling head, it reduces the number of rotating times of the milling spindle head, which helps improve the machining efficiency. Meanwhile, with one-shot spindle orientation, positioning accuracy between each parallel plane can be guaranteed.
