重庆光皮木瓜鲜果挥发油成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:7

摘要 以重庆光皮木瓜鲜果为材料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其挥发油成分进行分析鉴定,结果从重庆光皮木瓜鲜果挥发油中分析和鉴定出101种化合物,占挥发油总量的88.43%,其中以酯类、烃类和醇类化合物为主,相对含量分别为65.8%、11.29%和7.22%. The volatile oil has been extracted by steam distillation from fresh fruit of Chaenomeles sinensis in chongqing,and the constituents have been analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The result shows that 101 components are identified from fresh fruit of Chaenomeles sinensis,and the volatile oil is mainly composed of esters,hydrocarbon,alcohols,the total content of these compounds accounts for 65.8%,11.29%,7.22%.The study result can provide some theoretical evidences for the quality control and development of fresh fruit of Chaenomeles sinensis in Chongqing.
