摘要
概述了我国的研究性教学模式的研究现状,对食品分析实验课程教学模式的改进提出了思考,并从构建综合性实验内容体系,采用创新性实验教学方法,建立开放式实验室等方面对食品分析实验课程研究性教学模式进行了探索.
With the deepening reform of higher education in China,research-based teaching has gradually been focused in the reform in education.The research status of the research-based teaching model in our country has been reviewed and thought about improving the food analysis experiment teaching model has been provided in this article.Furthermore,the research-based teaching model of food analysis experiment course has been explored from three aspects,including the construction of comprehensive experiment content system,the use of innovative experiment teaching methods and the establishment of open laboratory.
