电站用P91钢管的理化性能分析与评价 被引量:1

ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION ON PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF P91 STEEL PIPE USED FOR POWER STATION

摘要 我国电站发电机组管道所用的P91钢管大量进口,经对天津口岸进口P91钢管的硫元素、铬含量、机械性能及显微组织等理化性能进行分析,结果表明:与国产P91钢管的理化性能进行了对比,进口P91钢管的各项性能指标均符合要求,国产P91钢管的各项指标与进口钢管相比没有明显差异,但其铬含量较进口的略高。 P91 steel pipe used for China's 4 big pipeline in power station depends on great deal of import.Physical and chemical properties(such as S content,Cr content,mechanical performance and the microstructure) of P91 steel pipes imported at Tianjin port were analyzed,as well as the ones made in China.Results show that,compared with the imported P91 steel pipe,which meet the requirements of each performance index,the domestic one had no obvious difference,but the Cr content was a little higher.
