摘要
通过数值模拟和模型试验的方法,对某电厂300MW机组锅炉选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝装置内的流场分布进行了研究。通过调整烟道结构、安装导流叶片以及延长整流格栅前导流叶片长度等,改善了流场分布。改进后SCR装置内催化剂来流烟速分布均匀性及方向性、催化剂来流氨氮摩尔比、脱硝系统阻力、催化剂来流灰量分布均匀性等指标均满足技术要求。
By numerical simulation and model test,the flow-field in SCR denitrogenation reactor was investigated.Measures taken such as adjusting the construction of gas duct,installing the guide blade,and extending the length of front guide blade of flow straightening grid can make a better flow distribution.After the improvement,indexes like the uniformity and directionality of the velocity distribution inside the SCR equipment,the ammonia and nitrogen molar ratio,the resistance of the SCR denitrification system,and the ash distribution uniformity and other indicators all meet technical requirements.
