回热系统抽汽效应对汽轮机频率调节的影响 被引量:5

INFLUENCE OF EXTRACTION EFFECT IN REGENERATIVE SYSTEM ON FREQUENCY REGULATION IN TURBINE

摘要 通过对某台300MW机组汽轮机并网运行工况进行仿真,分析了该机在高负荷工况下回热系统抽汽效应对汽轮机频率调节的影响。分析表明,抽汽逆止阀开度为100%时为额定功率,开度为50%时功率增加约0.5%,开度为0时功率增加到7%。抽汽逆止阀开度变化对汽轮机功率为非线性影响,抽汽逆止阀全关即切除回热抽汽能最大限度地提高机组功率。 To investigate the impact of steam reheating amount variation of regenerators on frequency adjustment in steam turbine that runs with high load,grid-connected condition of the turbine for a 300 MW unit was simulated.Results show that,the turbine output is at rated value when the extraction check valve is fully opened;it increases by about 0.5% when the valve is half opened and by 7% when fully closed.The extraction check valve opening change has a non liner effect on the turbine output.Fully closing the valve,namely cutting off the regenerative extraction,can improve the unit output as high as possible.
