摘要
分析了内蒙古布连电厂超超临界2×660MW机组锅炉一次风机、送风机、引风机单列和双列配置的技术经济性。结果表明,一次风机采用单列配置的初投资和运行费用比双列配置分别节省276.2、42.21万元;送风机单列配置的初投资和运行费用比双列配置分别节省68.28、19.92万元;引风机单列配置的初投资和运行费用比双列配置分别节省578.8、41.86万元。一次风机、送风机、引风机采用单列配置经济优势明显。
Technical economy of single and double row configuration for forced,induced,and primary air fans was investigated,based on the object of ultra supercritical 2×660 MW units boiler in Inner Mongolia Bulian Power Plant.Results indicate that,compared to the double row configuration,single row configuration for primary air fan has saved 2 762 000 yuan and 422 100 yuan on initial investment and operation cost,respectively;for forced draft fan,682 800 yuan and 199 200 yuan;and for induced draft fan,578 800 yuan and 418 600 yuan.Above three fans adopting single row configuration has significant economic advantages.
