摘要
将单元机组DCS公用网络与全厂辅助车间控制网络连接构成全厂DCS公用网络,以实现机组-辅机DCS一体化控制。仿真试验和在国电荥阳电厂一期超临界2×600MW机组上应用的结果表明,该全厂DCS主辅机控制一体网络负荷在3.3%~5.9%之间,最高达到7.2%。与传统的DCS主辅机控制一体网络相比,该网络结构更清晰。
In order to realize the DCS integration control of unit and the auxiliary,a whole plant DCS public network was constructed by connecting the unit DCS public network with the control network of all auxiliary workshops.Simulation test and application on supercritical 2×600 MW units of Guodian Xingyang Power Plant(PhaseⅠ) show that,load of the new network mainly concentrates between 3.3% and 5.9%,but sometimes can reach the maximum value 7.2%.Compared with the traditional network,the new one has a clearer structure.
