湛江电厂4号机组脱硫系统效率低的原因分析

摘要 对湛江电力有限公司(湛江电厂)4号机组脱硫系统效率低的原因进行了分析,发现是由于系统长时间停运,管内沉积物逐渐形成化学硬垢,造成喷淋层严重堵塞以及原烟气泄漏、脱硫系统入口SO2浓度超出设计值和石灰石浆液粒度过大等所致。对此,建议脱硫系统短时停运后,使用工艺水冲洗喷淋管内沉积物,并保持管内剩余沉积物湿润;长时间停运后,应割开喷淋母管检查并清理内部沉积物,防止喷淋层堵塞;及时调整制浆系统运行工况,确保浆液粒度合格。 After analysis on the desulphurization system,the serious blockage of spraying layer due to long-term out of service which making the deposition inside the tube gradually turn to hard scale,leakage of the original flue gas,SO2 concentration at the inlet of the desulphurization system is larger than the designed value,and the over coarse limestone slurry particle were considered as the major causes.Thus,for short time shutdown of the desulphurization system,it is better to wash the deposition inside the sprayer by using process water and keep the residue wet;while after long time shutdown,it is better to cut the spraying mother tube for inspecting and clearing the internal deposition,to prevent the spraying layer from blocking;it is better to regulate the operation condition of slurry making system,to ensure the limestone slurry particle size is qualified.
