摘要
对炉膛压力保护控制采用炉膛压力开关存在问题和炉膛压力变送器产生延迟的分析结果表明,通过对炉膛压力保护定值的修改,可降低模拟量信号的保护动作延迟;将炉膛压力变送器模拟量信号用于炉膛压力保护控制,可有效降低因采样管路堵塞而产生的保护拒动隐患和减少采样管路的吹扫次数,提高锅炉保护控制的可靠性。
The problems of using switch for furnace pressure protection control,and the analysis on delay caused by furnace pressure transmitter indicate that,revising the setting value of furnace pressure can reduce the protection action delay of analog signals;using the analog signals of transmitter for furnace pressure protection control can not only effectively reduce the miss trip caused by blocking of sampling pipe,but also decrease the blowing frequency of sampling pipe so as to enhance the system reliability.
