低β值喉部取压喷嘴在给水流量测量中的应用 被引量:6

ACCURACY IMPROVEMENT OF FEEDWATER FLOW MEASUREMENT BY ASME LOW β RATIO THROAT-TAP NOZZLE

摘要 对焊接结构的低β值喉部取压长颈喷嘴用于给水流量测量的分析表明,采用经过校验后的焊接结构低β值喉部取压长颈喷嘴测量给水流量的不确定度≤0.25%,符合ASME PTC6作为机组性能验收试验的要求,且具有宽量程、低能耗等特点。 Low β ratio throat-tap long-nozzle with welded structure was used to measure the feedwater flow.Results indicate that,measurement uncertainty of the calibrated nozzle is less or equal to 0.25%,which satisfies the ASME PTC6,namely the requirements for unit performance acceptance test.Moreover,this kind of nozzle with diffuser not only has high measuring accuracy,but also has wide range and low energy consumption.
