循环水泵运行方式对机组经济性和取、排水口水域环境的影响 被引量:7

INFLUENCE OF CIRCULATING PUMP OPERATION MODE ON UNIT ECONOMY AND WATER INTAKE AND OUTLET ENVIRONMENT

摘要 基于某发电厂循环水系统的布置特点,通过计算分析了循环水入口温度和循环水泵运行方式与机组经济性之间的关系,以及冷、热季取、排水对周围水域环境的影响。分析结果表明,当循环水温度≤4℃时,选择2机2泵运行方式;当4℃<循环水温度≤10℃时,可选择2机2泵和2机3泵运行方式;当循环水温度>10℃时,可选择2机3泵和2机4泵运行方式,而22℃是2机4泵运行的最佳温度;冷季取、排水对其水域环境的影响比热季的大。 Quantitative calculation by programming was used to analyze the relationship between the inlet temperature variation of circulating water and the operating mode alterations of circulating pump as well as the unit economy,based on the arrangement characteristics of circulating water system in a power plant.Moreover,the temperature fields of the drainage in hot and cold season were numerically simulated by Fluent,and its influence on surrounding water environment were discussed,too.Results show that,when the circulating water temperature is below 4 ℃,the optimal operation is running 2 units with 2 pumps;when the circulating water temperature ranges from 4 ℃ to 10 ℃,2 units with 2 or 3 pumps can be adopted;while when the circulating water temperature is higher than 10 ℃,it is best to run 2 units with 3 or 4 pumps,and the optimum circulating water temperature for 2 units with 4 pumps operation mode is 22 ℃.The influence of water intake and drainage on water environment in cold season is larger than that in hot season.
