摘要
基于核电机组的设计和运行经验分析各种工况下压水堆核电站凝结水精处理系统运行的技术和经济效益,提出了凝结水精处理系统的设计原则为:核电机组凝结水精处理系统功能应满足机组起动和凝汽器发生冷却水泄漏时凝结水的净化需要,以便在机组正常运行时可不投运该系统;以海水作为冷却水时,应设置全流量的凝结水精处理系统;以淡水作为冷却水时,应根据冷却水含盐量、凝汽器泄漏允许值、二回路水质控制标准、蒸汽发生器排污量等相关因素经综合计算确定设计容量。凝结水精处理系统应采用"阳床-混床"工艺。
Based on the design and operation experience of nuclear power unit at home and abroad,the technology and economic benefits of condensate polishing system for nuclear power station with pressurized water reactor(PWR) under various conditions were analyzed,and the design principle of this system was presented.It showed that,the condensate polishing system should meet the requirements of purifying the condensate water when the unit started and the cooling water leaked out.This system should not be operated when the unit ran normally.If using seawater as the cooling water,the polishing system should be set up with full flow.While when using fresh water as the cooling water,the capacity of this polishing system should be determined by comprehensive calculation considering relative factors such as salt content of the cooling water,allowable value of the condenser leakage,quality control standard of water in the secondary circuit,and the discharge capacity of the steam generator.The polishing system should adopt cation-mixed bed.
