摘要
对发电机组管道支吊架检验及调整中的常见问题及其原因进行了分析,结合实际案例,对管道变形、管道下沉、管道热膨胀异常、管道振动等常见问题提出了相应的解决方法和措施。分析认为,新机组支吊架存在的问题主要为设计、安装缺陷,因此机组投运前,应对管道支吊架状态进行全面、系统的检验与调整;若需大范围更换容重相差较大的保温材料或管件时,应对管系应力重新进行计算,对受影响的支吊架进行相应的调整,防止破坏管系的载荷平衡。
Based on the examination and adjustment experience of supports and hangers in recent years,the common problems occurred were systematically summarized and the reasons were analyzed.Combined with the actual cases,solution methods were proposed for these problems like pipe settlement,abnormal thermal expansion and vibration etc.Design and installation defects were the main problems for the new unit's supports and hangers.Therefore,systematical examination and complete regulation should be conducted for the supports and hangers before the unit put into service.If a wide range of replacement of insulating material or pipe is needed,the stress in piping system should be recalculated,and to prevent the force equilibrium of pipes from destroying,corresponding adjustment should be done on the affected supports and hangers.
