摘要
以东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司制造的超超临界1 000 MW机组直流锅炉为研究对象,根据质量、能量守恒定律分别建立了单级喷水减温器的微观、宏观和当减温水温度和流量存在阶跃扰动时的数学模型。经过线性化和偏差化处理,得到宏观数学模型下的控制模型,即直流锅炉运行状态在某一稳定工况附近变动时的减温水流量传递函数。
The micro and macro mathematic model of single-stage spray desuperheater,and the model for desuperheating water temperature and flow having step disturbance were established,according to the mass and energy conservation laws,and taking the once-through boiler for ultra supercritical 1 000 MW unit manufactured by Dongfang Boiler Group Co.,Ltd.as the object.By linearization and deviation treatment,a control model under the macro mathematic model was obtained,namely the transfer function of desuperheating water flow,when the once-through boiler was running in the vicinity of a stable condition.
