脱气氢电导率评价水汽品质的可行性研究 被引量:16

摘要 由于CO2的存在,使得氢电导率不能直接反应水汽中侵蚀性杂质阴离子的含量。对此,结合某600MW直接空冷机组实际测量的脱气氢电导率数据,分析研究加热沸腾法脱气对CO2脱除效果以及对水样中F-、Cl-等的影响。结果表明,加热沸腾脱气技术能有效去除溶解的CO2,同时对水样中的Cl-、F-等阴离子几乎无去除作用;实际测定的脱气氢电导率非常接近理论值,能够真实反映水样中的侵蚀性杂质阴离子含量;采用脱气氢电导率评价水汽品质比氢电导率更有实际意义。 The existence of CO2 made the hydrogen conductivity can not directly reflect the content of impurity anions with erosiveness in water.Thus,based on measuring and analysis of the degassed hydrogen conductivity for a 600 MW direct air cooling unit,the influence of heating to boiling degassed technology on CO2 removal effect and anion content,such as Cl-、F-,etc.,were investigated.Results show that,this boiling method can efficiently remove the dissolved CO2 in water-steam system,and almost has no removal effect on anions like Cl-and F-;the measured degassed hydrogen conductivity are very close to the theoretical value,which means it can represent the content of corrosive impurity anions in water.Using degassed hydrogen conductivity to evaluat the steam-water quality has more practical significance.
