摘要
含卡拉胶的甘油作为维生素C的药物载体,研究了维生素C对载体流变性能的影响及高温加速处理后和室温条件下维生素C的保持率。结果表明,在未加入维生素C时,载体有明显的触变性,一个月之后载体的触变性有所减弱;维生素C的加入使载体的触变性消失。另外,即使加入少量的水,载体中维生素C的保持率也有明显的降低,只有在非水介质的药物载体中维生素C才能稳定的保存。
Carrageenan contained glycerine was prepared as a drug carrier for vitamin C.The influence of vitamin C on the carrier's rheological properties was investigated.The stability of vitamin C after high temperature accelerating treatment and in room temperature was analysed.The results showed that the carrier exhibited significant thixotropy before adding vitamin C and the thixotropy decreased one month later.after adding vitamin C,the thixotropy disappearsed.Even a little amount of water will decrease the stability of vitamin C;only in the non-aqueous media of drug carrier vitamin C will show excellent stability.
