摘要 风电的大规模发展需要解决市场消纳和送出通道问题。我国大型煤电基地大多为风资源丰富地区,如何借助特高压输电通道,在输送火电的同时搭配一定风电比例送出,对于我国可再生能源发展规划目标的落实和远距离输电通道资源的充分利用都是很有意义的。以锡林郭勒盟(简称锡盟)至南京特高压交流输电通道为例,论述利用特高压交流外送通道打捆输送风电火电的主要原则,分析影响风火联合送电的关键因素,提出风火打捆合适容量的理论计算方法,并通过算例给出锡盟煤电基地外送的风火装机容量和经济性分析。可为今后开展风电送出研究提供重要借鉴,对锡盟煤电基地的风电发展提供决策支持。 Market consumption and power transmission of large scale wind power generation is very important for its development.It is very meaningful to make full use of capacity of UHV AC to guarantee the reliable and effective wind power transmission.One possible solution is to combine wind and thermal power on UHV AC transmission line.Taken Ximeng-Nanjing UHV AC transmission line as example,principles of transmission of combined wind and thermal power are proposed.Some key factors are analyzed and wind thermal power bundling calculation method is described.Simulation results show that transmission of combined wind and thermal power is technically and economically feasible.The analysis provides important reference to similar projects and decision support on the development of wind power.
