摘要
为提高雷电定位系统雷击故障定位的准确性以及线路雷电参数统计的真实性,给出了一种输电线路杆塔坐标的校准方法。首先,根据输电线路杆塔的测量坐标,计算出测量档距,将测量档距与运行档距以及线路的允许误差进行对比,确定坐标可能有误的杆塔;然后,根据可能有误杆塔的编号及误差的大小和符号,确定需要校准杆塔;最后,根据运行档距及杆塔的转角情况,利用地理信息系统软件的测距功能,对需要校准的杆塔坐标进行校准。以某线路为例对该方法进行了验证,一次雷击故障由定位到相邻杆塔变为定位到遭受雷击杆塔,提高了定位的准确性,验证了该方法的有效性和有用性。
In order to improve accuracy of lighting fault location and parameters statistics,a calibration method of transmission tower coordinates is proposed.First,the measured span is calculated according to transmission tower coordinates measurement.The towers with potential wrong coordinates are identified by comparison of measured span,operation span and error tolerance.The towers that need calibration are selected according to tower number,error margin and sign.The distance measuring capability of GIS system is used to calibrate towers with operation span and corner angle information.The proposed method is tested in cases on one transmission line.In one case the fault located to adjacent tower instead of no results found in 1 km corridor with original method.In another case the fault location result changed from adjacent tower to the fault tower.The results show the validity and usability of proposed method,which can improve fault location accuracy.
