摘要
随着新能源发电的推广和应用,须对其可能给配电网带来的影响进行综合评估。结合新能源并网发电的特点,提出其对配电网影响的正负效应指标体系。该体系针对不完全信息群体赋权采用证据理论层次分析法确定指标常权,通过惩罚型和激励型均衡函数分别对正效应和负效应指标权重进行变权综合,再利用灰色关联分析法得到新能源并网对配电网影响的正负效应综合评估结果。采用接入10 kV配电网的2 MW并网光伏发电站实际监测数据,在Matlab仿真软件中验证提出的正负效应综合评估模型的有效性。
With the development of renewable energy generation,it is necessary to evaluate its potential influences on distribution networks.Considering characteristics of grid-connected renewable energy generation,a comprehensive evaluation method was proposed based on positive and negative effect indexes.Common weights of indexes with incomplete information were determined by DS/AHP method,and then the weight synthesizing of positive and negative effect indexes were deducted from penalty-incentive balance functions.The comprehensive evaluation results were generated by grey relation analyses.A case study was conducted in MATLAB simulation environment with field measurement data collected from a 2 MW grid-connected PV power station in a 10kV distribution network.The testing result validates the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method.
