摘要
提出一种基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)的风电机组仿真系统方案。软件方面,对所仿真风电机组的全部设备做建模分析,并利用IEC 61131-3标准的PLC编程语言实现仿真模型;硬件方面,利用基于PLC的可自由配置的IO(输入输出)模件和通信模件,将仿真模型的输入输出与风电主控系统的输入输出连接起来。该方案包括整个风电机组的全部测点,能够仿真所有设备的工作状态,测试风电主控系统中控制逻辑、控制器软硬件及柜体电气等多个方面。该方案可以在风电主控系统研发设计中用于测试验证,也可在生产过程中用于出厂检测,具有占地面积小、成本低廉的优点。
A PLC-based wind turbine simulation system was proposed in order to provide an effective validation method for the master control system design of a wind turbine.Based on the entire analysis of a wind turbine,the simulation was implemented by PLC language defined in IEC61131-3 standard.The inputs and outputs of the simulation system and master control system are connected together with configurable PLC based I/O and communication modules.With all measurement points of a wind turbine,the system has the ability to simulate status of all devices.It can be used to test several aspects of the master control system including control logic,controller software and hardware and cabinet electrical circuits.Because of compact construction and low cost,the system can be utilized for not only the validation of the master control system design,but also the production test of the wind turbine manufacture process.
