特高压直流换流阀非周期触发暂态特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 ±800 kV/4 750 A特高压直流(ultra high voltage direct current,UHVDC)换流阀通过了型式试验。饱和电抗器是换流阀中晶闸管的串联保护元件,深入研究其电气特性对于提高换流阀的可靠性有重要意义。分析了特高压换流阀在非周期触发工况下,晶闸管开通物理过程及电气应力;分析了饱和电抗器各电气参数、铁芯电感和铁芯等值电阻动态过程对开通应力的影响。研究了饱和电抗器与晶闸管协调配合工作的原则,提出了饱和电抗器电气参数设计方法。仿真结果显示,饱和电抗器在非周期开通过程中起到了很好的保护作用,浪涌电流峰值及电流变化率均在晶闸管耐受范围内。 The ±800 kV/4 750 A ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC) converter valve with independent intellectual property rights has passed type test.The saturated reactor is one of the series protection components for thyristors in HVDC converter valve.Further studies on saturated reactors are important for UHVDC converter valve reliability improvement.The turn-on process and electrical stresses of thyristors are studied under non-periodic firing condition.The impacts of several electrical parameters,such as iron core inductance and dynamic characteristic of equivalent eddy current resistance,on saturated reactor turn-on stress are analyzed.Based on the coordination between the saturated reactor and the converter valve,an electrical design method for saturated reactor is proposed.Simulation results prove that the proposed saturated reactor can protect the thyristor and restrict both its peak inrush current and current variation within withstand limits under non-periodic firing condition.
