摘要
从精密度、灰分平均值一致性方面,对火电厂人工煤流采样和机械采样进行了对比研究,结果表明2种方法没有显著性差异,但灰分数据存在异常,说明人工采样不能完全代替机械采样。分析了产生数据异常的原因,针对人工煤流采样易出现的问题,提出了技术改进建议,并指出应尽快推广使用机械采样机。
The precision and the average consistency of dry ash between manual coal flowsampling and mechanical sampling in thermal power plants are compared.The results show that there are no obvious differences between the two methods,but data exception of dry ash exist.Therefore,the manual flow sampling couldn′t replace the mechanical sampling completely.By analyzing the reasons for data exception,suggestions on technical improvement are put forward according to the problems arisen easily in manual flow sampling,and the promotion for the application of mechanical sampler is suggested.
