摘要
立足于降低电网运行风险,确保电力系统安全,注重检修优化调整效果与电网安全稳定运行相结合,提升资源配置效率,开发了一套电网检修停电及运行风险管理决策支持系统。从数学模型、物理实际及安全角度剖析了检修计划安排分时分区协调配置机理,搭建了先进的检修停电及运行风险管理决策支持系统,通过"检修停电智能校核优化、检修风险定量分析评级、检修风险流程化管理、检修工作执行情况考核评价"的递进协调模式,提高了电网检修风险预控工作的科学化、流程化、规范化水平。降低了全网的电网检修风险,运行情况表明,增加了电网检修计划安排的科学性和合理性,提高了检修执行率和计划完成率,控制了电网检修事故发生次数和临时检修次数,提升了电网运行风险精细化管控水平。
By coordinating equipment maintenance and system operation,a decision-making system which is supportive to equipment maintenance and operation risk management in Chongqing power grid is established to reduce system operation risk and promote system operation security.The mathematical model,physical characteristics and security risks are taken into consideration during the equipment maintenance process.Four basic steps are performed in the proposed system.The equipment maintenance model is optimized first;and then possible security risks are analyzed.The risks are managed according to related regulations in the following step.Actual operation result is evaluated at last.The system has already been applied in field operation,which could reduce the system accident risk and increase the maintenance planning and implementation rates.The system could also reduce grid maintenance accidents and emergency repair rates,and promote operation risk micro-management level.
