摘要 建立了电动汽车充电站供电方案的优化规划实用模型,并基于电力系统分析综合程序PSASP平台及其提供的用户程序接口(UPI),实现了电动汽车充电站供电方案的优化规划。为了验证模型的实用性,以临沂市充电站规划为应用背景,以满足电网安全性为约束条件、实现电网网损和充电站基建成本最小为优化目标,科学、合理、经济地优化了临沂市充电站供电方案的实际规划。算例结果表明,文中建立的充电站供电方案的优化规划模型可行有效,基于PSASP平台进行规划,使得优化结果具有更高的可信度,也便于在不同电网公司进行充电站优化规划时推广使用,具有实用价值。 A practical model for charging station power supply planning is presented.The basic objective of the proposed model is to schedule the scenarios of charging stations to integrate grid at minimum power loss and investment cost while satisfying the system security constraints.On the basis of Power System Analysis Software Package(PSASP),the planning program is written by User Program Interface(UPI) to realize the charging station planning.The proposed model and the solution based on PSASP/UPI are applied in the city of Linyi and the results obtained demonstrate they are effective and valuable,and are very convenient to apply in other cities when planning the charging stations.
