欧洲电网规划中的经验(英文)

Lessons Learnt from Grid Planning in Europe

在过去10年中,欧洲的电网扩建规划发展巨大。这一发展不仅仅是由电力部门放松管制带来的电力部门所有权的变化造成的,也是由于快速引进可再生能源技术作为新的、未来的重要电源所造成的。电网规划过程成功地解决了关于欧洲电网扩建中的一些重要问题,而另外一些问题仍然没有得到解决,并且这些问题在今天看来比若干年前更具有挑战性。很明显,中国与欧洲在很多方面面对相同的挑战,加强在这些方面的合作将使双方受益。

During the last ten years planning for grid expansion has developed considerably in Europe.The development has been driven by the changes in the ownership of the power sector due to liberalisation of the sector,but also driven by the rapid introduction of renewable energy technology as a new and important source for power in the future.The new grid planning process has successfully addressed some of the major challenges regarding grid expansion in Europe,while others still are unsolved and even more challenging today than years ago.It is obvious that China and Europe in many ways face the same types of challenges and a strengthened cooperation on these issues would benefit both sides.
