摘要
中小学人文社会科教师队伍虽然学历基本达标,但专职教师数量不足。在专业素质方面,大多数教师具备正确的教育理念,具有一定的专业知识,但教研能力普遍欠缺。究其原因主要是,学科地位较低、职前教育存在缺陷、培训形式化、课改要求较高、校本教研欠缺。对此,提升在职教师素质的方法是:通过提高学科地位、激发发展动力、提升专业水平、提供研修舞台以促进专业持续发展。
There are some problems in teachers of humanities and social science from primary and secondary schools: not being sufficient in number of full-time faculty,narrowly qualified education background.On the professional quality,most teachers share the characteristics of having correct education concept,good professional development and professional knowledge.They also face difficulties including insufficient teaching and researching qualities.All these result from the low status of the humanities and social sicence,lack of pre-service education,formalization in training,over-requirement of teaching reform and inadequate school-based teaching research,etc.Considering all the related factors,to promote in-service teachers' development,great efforts should be made in raising the status of the humanities and social subjects to stimulate their development motivation,stengthening professional intelligence and providing training stage to realize sustained development.
