摘要
研究采用双切口拉伸试验法对竹木复合材料的胶合强度进行测试,重点探讨了水煮和气干两种条件下密度对材料胶合强度的影响,并对破坏模式及界面进行了深入分析。结果表明,密度为0.95 g/cm3时,竹材本身发生剪切破坏,胶合强度最大,达到6.46 MPa;气干条件下材料破坏界面光滑,薄壁细胞基本完整;经沸水处理后,胶合强度下降明显,降幅达到42.41%,且破坏界面粗糙,大部分薄壁细胞被破坏;材料破坏模式可归纳为三种:竹材本身剪切破坏、胶层竹材混杂剪切破坏和胶层剪切破坏。
This study measures the bonding strength of bamboo-poplar epoxy laminates by double-notch shear tentile test method,mainly discussing the effect of density on its bonding strength and analysising its damage modes and failure surfaces.The results show that when the density of bamboo-poplar epoxy laminates up to 0.95 g/cm3,the bamboo fail and its maximum strength is 6.46 MPa,its damage surfaces are smooth and most parenchyma cells are intact at air-dried state,but having an uneven surface with its bonding strength decreasing up to 42.41% and a lot of parenchyma cells damaged after immersed in boiling water.Damage modes of bamboo-poplar epoxy laminates can be summed up of three kinds: bamboo shear failure,bamboo-poplar shear failure and bonding layer failure.
