磁性微球在植物源性转基因食品检测中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 利用溶剂热还原法和表面TEOS修饰,制备用于植物源性转基因食品中提取基因组DNA的磁性微球。制备的微球单分散性好,磁响应性高,饱和磁化强度(Ms)达到77.83 emu/g。将其作为吸附剂进行基因组DNA提取,结果表明,所提取的几种食品基因组DNA的浓度和纯度较高,A260/A280比值均介于1.6~1.9之间,可满足后续PCR的检测要求。 Magnetic microspheres were synthesized by hydrothermal method and follow up by a sol-gel process,which were used to extract nucleic acid from Plant-derived genetically modified food.The magnetic microspheres have good monodispersed property and high magnetic responsive property.The magnetization saturation degree reached 77.83 emu/g.They were used as absorbents to extract genomic DNA from several foods.The results showed that concentrations and purities of DNA obtained were high and the ratios of A260/A280 were between 1.6 and 1.9,which could fulfill the requirements of follow PCR detection.
