摘要 研究应用近红外光谱法快速分析甘蔗制糖生产中甲糖蜜的锤度和蔗糖分。采用NIRSystems 6500型近红外多功能分析仪,对采自生产线的甲糖蜜进行光谱扫描和测定,用时小于2 min。锤度模型的光谱预处理方法"SNV+Detrend、一次求导和一次平滑联合处理"效果最佳,改进型偏最小二乘法建立的模型效果最佳,SEC为1.08,SEP为1.211;蔗糖分模型的光谱预处理方法"SNV+Detrend、二次求导和一次平滑联合处理"效果最佳,改进型偏最小二乘法建立的模型效果最佳,SEC为1.370,SEP为0.75。锤度和蔗糖分的偏差都小于允许误差,并满足糖厂要求,说明近红外光谱法应用在甲糖蜜锤度和蔗糖分的快速测定是可行的。 Research and application of near infrared spectroscopy rapid analysis in cane sugar A-molasses brix and sucrose.Using NIRSystems 6500 NIR analyzer,A-molasses from production line was scaned spectrum and determinated in 2 min.Brix model spectrum pretreatment 'SNV+Detrend,1st derivation and one smoothing' was the best,modified partial least squares(MPLS) model was the best,SEC was 1.08,SEP was 1.211;Sucrose model spectrum pretreatment 'SNV+Detrend,2nd derivation and one smoothing' was the best,modified partial least squares(MPLS) model was the best,SEC was 1.370,SEP was 0.75.The deviations of brix and sucrose content were less than allowable error,and met the requirements of cane sugar factory,the application of near infrared spectroscopy in A-molasses brix and sucrose content rapid determination was feasible.
