摘要
主要开展了FRP弯角夹芯板弯曲试验,在悬臂梁试验中,改变玻璃纤维面层层数和面层角度两个变量,观察FRP弯角夹芯板发生的破坏状态。试验结果表明,FRP弯角夹芯板在不同面层层数和面层角度条件下,破坏都发生在固定端和拐角处;FPR能够有效地提高弯角板的刚度和强度。分别测量FRP弯角夹芯板在发生破坏时承载力、位移和应变的变化趋势,试验结果表明,增大面层层数或采用面层角度为90/90,都可以提高FRP弯角夹芯板的刚度和强度。
A flexible experiment of a FRP sandwich panel with curve core is carried out.In projecting beam experiment,the influence of the layer number of facing sheet and paving angle of facing sheet on its flexure behavior are discussed.The experimental result indicates it destroys at the core and the fixed end.When it destroyed,its bearing load,displace and strain are determined.The experimental result shows the strength and stiff performance are improved by the increment of the number of facing sheet,and paving angle of 90/90.
