真空吸附成型玻璃纤维/环氧复合材料自然老化特性试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 玻璃纤维增强复合材料层合板(GFRP)由于耐腐蚀性好、比刚度高、可设计性强等特性,在船海工程领域得到越来越广泛的应用,其自然老化特性也越来越受到研究者的重视。本文采用海水浸泡-阳光曝晒循环老化的方法来模拟海洋环境中复合材料的实际工作环境,用来评价真空吸附成型工艺高强玻璃纤维织物增强复合材料在海洋环境中的耐久性。通过武汉地区350天真空成型工艺玻璃纤维增强复合材料老化前后,对增重量变化和轴向拉伸强度、面内剪切强度、轴向压缩等基本力学性能的分析,研究了真空吸附成型工艺玻璃纤维增强复合材料在海洋环境下自然老化规律。结果表明,吸水增重率随老化时间的增加而增大直到达到饱和状态,饱和吸水增重量为0.54%;材料的3种破坏强度是由不同的材料组分控制,轴向拉伸强度下降最小,轴向压缩强度下降最大。 The application of glass fiber reinforced plastic composite(GFRP) in ocean engineering is wider and wider because of its special properties,such as corrosion resistance,and the problem of natural ageing characters becomes more important.In this paper the natural cycle ageing which contains marinating in seawater and insolating was used to simulate and determine the durability of GFRP in marine environment,and GFRP was made by vacuum draw forming technics.After 350 days natural cycle ageing in Wuhan,ageing behavior of GFRP samples was studied by changes in mass gain and mechanical properties including tension strength,in-plane shear strength and compression strength.The result shows that the mass gain increases with ageing time until saturation when it reaches 0.54%.The tension strength gets minimum decrease and the compression strength gets maximum as controled by different component of GFRP.
