摘要
将社会网络与知识密集型服务企业两者结合起来探讨了社会网络中的虚拟社会网络、现实社会网络与知识密集型服务企业的关系;并以典型的知识密集型服务企业咨询公司为例解释了两者的关系。最后运用社会网络分析软件UCINET通过计算各种网络指标分析了知识密集型服务企业与被服务企业(客户)之间存在着双向互动的关系。
We combine social networks with Knowledge Intensive Business Service to explore the relationship between virtual and real networks in social networks and Knowledge Intensive Business Service.Then,an example of one consulting firm is used to explain this relationship.Finally,we use the social networks analysis software UCINET to analyze the two-way interactive relations of such knowledge-intensive service providers and their customers by calculating various networks indicators.The article has certain theoretical and practical significance on the development of Knowledge Intensive Business Service in China.
