摘要
建立了高水头平面闸门P型水封的非线性有限元模型,对其止水过程进行了模拟。模型中考虑了水封橡胶材料的非线性和不可压缩性、高水头作用下水封大变形导致的几何非线性以及水封与压板、水封与止水座板的接触非线性边界条件。通过非线性有限元分析,得到了P型水封的接触应力、接触宽度等情况,研究了P型水封的变形特性及止水性能,并分析了水封头部半径对P型水封变形特性及止水性能的影响,为实际工程中P型水封的设计提供有益的指导。
A nonlinear finite element model is established herein to simulate the water sealing process of P-type water seal for high head plane gate.The nonlinear property and incompressibility of rubber sealing materials,geometric nonlinearity due to large deformation of water seal under high head,the nonlinear boundary conditions resulting from the contact of water seal with pressure plate and seal mounting plate are considered in this model.The contact stress and contact width of P-type water seal are obtained by the relevant nonlinear finite element analysis,while the deformation and water sealing characteristics of P-type water seal and the effect of the radius of water seal head on them are studied as well,which can provide a useful reference for the design of the P-type water seal for the actual construction project concerned.
