基于CFD的水电站压力前池流态特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某水电站压力前池为研究对象,采用RNGκ-ε湍流模型和运用CFD(computational fluiddynamics)方法对压力前池的流态特性进行三维数值研究。通过对水电站全甩负荷、一台机组增负荷、两台机组依次增负荷三种典型工况下压力前池流态特性的数值分析,揭示了压力前池流态分布和水位变化特性。结果表明:在全甩负荷和增负荷工况下,压力前池内虽出现回流漩涡但进水口水流流态较好、水位波动稳定,从而为压力前池水力优化设计提供了依据。 Taking the pressure forebay of a hydropower station as a study object,a 3-D numerical study is made on its flow pattern characteristics based on RNG κ-ε turbulence model and the computational fluid dynamics method(CFD).The flow pattern distributions and characteristics of water level variations under three typical operation conditions,i.e.full load rejection,load acceptance with one-unit and successive load acceptance with two-units,are revealed through the numerical analysis concerned.The result shows that the flow pattern at the intake is better along with a steady fluctuation of the water level under the operation conditions of full load rejection and load acceptance,though vortex from backflow occurs within the forebay,and thereby,a basis is laid for the optimal hydraulic design of the forebay.
