摘要
我国老年人口结构特征的变化导致了社会对机构养老服务的急剧增加,然而因老人意外事故引发的养老机构运行风险也呈现迅速上升的趋势。本文运用利益相关者理论的分析框架,基于上海市养老机构的管理者、护理人员和老年人家属等问卷调查数据,采取定量分析和定性研究方法,深入分析养老机构运行风险产生的原因及其影响因素,进而探索化解养老机构运行风险的长效机制。
The changing structure of the old people in China causes a rapid increase in elderly-care institutions.However,operational risk of elderly-care institutions brought by various accidents of the elderly also increases in a speed beyond expectation.In this paper,based on the data collected from managers,nursing staffs and relatives of the elderly in elderly-care institutions,stakeholder theory is adopted to analysis the causes and influences of operational risk in elderly-care institutions with both quantitative and qualitative methods.The empirical purpose is to explore a long-term mechanism which could provide a benign development for elderly-care institutions in China.
