Technological Innovation,Entrepreneurs and the Interaction between Economics Theories——Reflections on “the Dream of Coase” and “the Vision of Simon”

"科斯梦想"揭示了交易成本框架难以在交易、生产成本和技术创新之间取得平衡,因而这种框架下的企业理论就难以从技术创新的层面去揭示企业在市场运行和宏观经济中的具体作用。西蒙指出"以市场为中心"的经济理论和"以企业为中心"的经济理论之间没有互动这样一个重大理论问题,对于当前的经济学来说,迫切需要建立"一种更全面的理论"来揭示技术创新、企业组织及宏观经济运行的内在联系,从而探索一种可以实现"企业组织和市场的互动"的理论路径。

'The dream of Coase' disclosed that it is difficult for transaction cost framework to strike a balance between transactions,production costs and technological innovations.Therefore,the enterprise theory developed in this framework cannot disclose the specific role enterprises play both in the operation of the market and in macro-economic operation from the point of view of technical innovation.Herbert A.Simon pointed out that there is no such an important theoretical problem as interaction between the economics theory based on market and the economics theory based on enterprises.As far as the present economics is concerned,it is urgent that a more comprehensive theory should be developed to disclose the internal relationship between technological innovations,enterprise organizations and the operation of macroeconomics to find a theoretical path to achieve the 'interaction between enterprise organizations and marketing'.
