我国体育彩票社会公信力研究

Research on Social Credibility of Sports Lottery in China

通过对我国体育彩票社会公信力存在主要问题的分析发现,影响体育彩票社会公信力问题主要表现在体育彩票发行、管理、运营等方面。研究认为应着重从立法入手不断强化监管,建立信息披露长效机制,加强自律意识培养和司法体系建设,建立体彩公信力补救机制,加大体育彩票诚信监督体系建设。研究旨在为提高我国体育彩票的社会公信力提供有益帮助,从而促进体育彩票事业健康持续发展。

Based on our weakened social credibility of sports lottery,it is analyzed in this research that the impact of sports lottery social credibility brings about such problems as sports lottery issuance,management,operation and the imperfect system which leads to the impairment of civilian interests,rights and interests.Therefore,it is of great importance to highlight the lawmaking with strengthen supervision,to establish information disclosure mechanism and to strengthen the training of self-discipline as well as to strengthen the judicial system construction and to set up remedy mechanism with the strengthened supervision system construction.By this way sports lottery social credibility be can gradually improved for its healthy and stable development.
