摘要
预应力波形钢腹板简支T梁桥是一种新型钢-混凝土组合结构,与普通预应力混凝土T梁桥相比该结构恒载总重可减轻20%,实现了主梁的轻型化,进而减少了下部结构的工程量,在铁路桥梁建设中有十分广泛的应用前景。介绍波形钢腹板简支T梁桥的设计要点,包括混凝土马蹄、波形钢腹板构造、剪力连接件构造、预应力体系、横隔板构造,并将波形钢腹板T梁桥与通桥(2005)2201系列梁进行技术指标对比,为波形钢腹板T梁桥的设计提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The simply-supported prestressed T-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new type steel and concrete composite structure.Because the total weight of the dead load of this bridge is 20% reduced from ordinary prestressed concrete T-bridge,the aim of light-duty girder can be achieved and the work quantity of its substructure can be reduced.So it has a wide prospect of application in the construction of railway bridges.This article mainly introduces the design features of simply-supported corrugated-steel webs prestressed T-girder bridges,including concrete horseshoe,corrugated steel webs,shear key,prestressed system and diaphragm plate structure.This article also compares the technical indexes of simply-supported corrugated-steel webs prestressed T-girder bridge with the series of girder bridge(2005)2201 so as to provide reference and guide for the design of corrugated steel webs T-girder bridge.
