摘要
在对国内、外接触轨系统深入调研、研究的基础上,结合目前国内试生产的接触轨样品,通过对C型轨、工字轨从机械性能、电气性能、附属装置、道岔设计等几个方面进行分析研究,得出二者在技术性能上的优缺点,其均可作为中低速磁浮系统接触轨的备选轨型。但目前的理论研究、论证都需要实践验证,其功能性、稳定性、安全性还有待于工程实践检验。建议进一步深入研究并提高产品技术性能,完善中低速磁浮交通接触轨的设备选型。
The research purpose of this paper is to give reference and technical support for construction projects,by comparing two different rail types through in-depth study on domestic and foreign contact rail system in combination with the domestic trial-manufactured contact rail samples.By analyzing on technical performance advantages and disadvantages of the C-type rail and I-type rail from the aspects of the mechanical properties,electrical properties,attachments and turnout design,this paper concludes that both of the two type rails can be used as the candidate rail of contact rail in the medium and low speed maglev system.But yet current theoretical researches need to be proved by practice,which the functionality,stability and the security are subject to engineering practice test.This paper suggests that the performance of the products should be further in-depth studied and enhanced and the rail equipment selection methods of the contact rail should be improved and perfected for medium and low speed maglev transportation.
