铁路枢纽是一个系统工程,有车站、线路、机车、车辆、通信、信号、电力、供水等设施和设备的数量大、用地多、建设周期长、工程费用高、运营支出大,对铁路运输企业的运营成本和经济效益有重大影响,因此,枢纽总图规划是一个与时俱进的重大课题。深入总结枢纽总图的内涵、规划理念、核心内容,并提出铁路枢纽规划方案的评价指标体系,采用定量与定性、模糊评价方法,量化评价铁路枢纽的规划方案,从而对枢纽总体规划和方案比较起到一定的指导作用。

A railway terminal is a system engineering in which there are stations,lines,locomotives,rolling stock,communications,signals,electrics,water supply and other facilities and devices which are characterized by large quantity,more land utilization,long construction period,high project cost and high operation expenses.Because of the significant influence on railway transportation enterprise's operation cost and economic benefit,the general view planning of a railway terminal is a major task which should advance with the times.Firstly,by summarizing the connotation,ideas and the core content of the general view planning of railway terminal,the article puts forward the evaluation index system for general view planning of railway terminal.Afterwards,by adopting the quantitative and qualitative method and the fuzzy evaluation method,the article evaluates the planning scheme of general view of the railway terminal quantitatively so as to provide some guidance for general view planning and its scheme comparison of railway terminal.
