摘要
针对目前水利工程造价定额中没有河湖环保疏浚方面定额子目的问题,以深圳石岩水库某环保疏浚工程实例,介绍了环保疏浚设备生产率的测定和分析方法,得出了环保疏浚设备生产率和清淤厚度的关系。建议今后设备生产率的测定应以控制图法为主、差值取舍理论为辅。其成果可以填补环保疏浚定额的缺项,对完善水利工程定额体系具有积极意义。
At present,there is no sub-item of cost quota in environmental protection dredging for river and lake in cost calculation standard of water conservancy project.Therefore,taking a dredging project of Shiyan Reservoir in Shenzhen City as a case,we present the productivity measurement and analysis method of the environmental protection dredging equipment and obtain the relation of environmental protection dredging equipment and dredging depth.It is suggested that in future,the productivity measurement of environmental protection dredging equipment is relied mainly on control chart and aided by differential analysis.The research achievement fills the gap of environmental protection dredging quota and has important significance to perfecting the quota system of water conservancy project.
