摘要
针对阿海水电站拦污栅墩施工质量要求高、施工难度大、工期紧等特点,为保证拦污栅墩混凝土浇筑质量,设计采用滑模技术,使拦污栅墩混凝土浇筑一次成型。在施工过程中,通过改进施工工艺,完善施工质量控制措施,并对施工中常出现的问题提出了针对性的解决方法,确保了滑模设备处于良好运行状态。施工完工后,栏污栅墩型体的实测结果表明,其尺寸偏差值满足合同技术条款与设计要求。
In the light of the characteristics of high construction quality requirement,difficult construction,tight construction period of trash rack pier construction of Ahai Hydropower Station,in order to guarantee the concrete placement quality of trash rack pier,the slip form technology is adopted and the concrete placement of trash rack is completed in one times.In the construction process,through improving construction technology and perfecting control measures of construction quality,the solutions for frequently occurred problems in slip form construction are put forward,which ensures the sound operation state of slip form equipments.The check results of trash rack pier body show that the deviation value meets the technological specifications in contract and the design requirements.
