摘要
以某直列6缸柴油机高压共轨系统为研究对象,研究了柴油机冷起动控制参数和可控变量,并建立了共轨系统冷起动优化控制方案,通过改变共轨系统燃油喷射压力、格栅预热时间、喷射时刻等相关参数,改善并优化冷起动燃烧过程,采用试验标定验证了优化方案的可行性。研究结果表明,关键参数优化可以明显改善柴油机的冷起动性能,保证柴油机快速起动,满足车用柴油机的使用要求,为柴油机的低温起动标定提供依据。
For the common rail system of an inline 6-cylinder diesel engine,the control parameters and controllable variables at cold start were researched,the control scheme of cold start optimization was established for the common rail system.Changing the fuel injection pressure,grid preheat time and injection timing,the combustion process at cold start was improved and optimized.With the calibration test,the optimization scheme was proved to be feasible.The results show that the optimization of key parameters can improve the cold start performance of diesel engine,which ensures diesel engine to start quickly.Accordingly,the optimization meets the requirements of actual vehicle diesel engine,which provides the reference for calibrating the cold start of diesel engine.
