摘要 应用Excite_TD软件,在GT软件优化结果基础上,对某发动机配气机构进行了运动学和动力学分析,重新设计了凸轮型线;着重分析了气门升程曲线的丰满度、凸轮与挺柱接触应力、弹簧裕度,保证气门有良好、准确、平稳的运动规律;详细介绍了优化思路和过程,优化后的凸轮型线经过GT软件计算符合发动机性能要求,并且具有良好的运动学和动力学特性,使得发动机运动噪声小,耐久性好。 Based on the optimized results of GT software,the kinematic and dynamic analysis of engine valve mechanism were carried out with the Excite_TD software.The cam profile was redesigned.The fullness of valve lift profile,the contact stress between cam and tappet and the spring margin were analyzed,which ensured the valve to have the fine,accurate and smooth movement.The optimization idea and process of cam profile was also introduced in detail.By the calculation of GT software,the optimized cam profile was proved to meet the requirements of engine performance and had good kinematic and dynamic characteristic,which reduced the motion noise and extended the life span.
