摘要
虚拟物流企业网络合作的结构形态不断演化,成员间交流的知识内容和形式不断丰富,知识的复杂程度不断增加,这些因素极大地增加了虚拟物流企业网络的知识转移的复杂程度。基于此,首先归纳了知识转移风险的内涵,分析了知识转移风险控制的影响因素和风险控制的不同策略,理论上丰富了虚拟物流企业网络的知识转移风险控制研究。
Along with the continuous evolution in the structure and form of the cooperation of virtual logistics enterprise networks,the diversification of the content and form of the knowledge transferred among members to the networks and the increasing complexity of the knowledge itself,the knowledge transfer across the virtual logistics enterprise networks has grown exponentially in complexity.In view of this,the paper first summarizes the intension of the risk in knowledge transfer and analyzes the influence factors and different strategies for its control.
