摘要
结合第四方物流理念,构造了一个工程项目物流决策支持系统体系框架,并进行运行分析。结果显示,综合企业拥有的资源、完成任务的时间、成本进行分析,可以获得较好的工程项目物流解决方案。
By incorporating the methods and principles of 4PL,the paper establishes the framework for the logistics decision support system of engineering projects and subjects it to operational analysis.The finding shows that better logistics solutions for engineering projects can be arrived at if the resources available to the enterprise,time window for the completion of the tasks and cost are integrated in the decision process.
