摘要
根据对某种轿车尾门VVT粘贴工艺标准的研究,设计开发专用VVT粘贴装具。装具在catia V5软件中设计开发,提取外板件数模,建立正确笛卡尔坐标系,使用工艺标准中相邻侧边定位,在合适位置布置吸磁铁,使装具定位后自动夹紧,装具内侧粘贴一层软膜,避免装具可能划伤车身。装具本体选用镁铝合金材质,保证了装具的刚度、强度及使用一致性要求。
The paper develops an automobile attachment specially designed for the pasting of VVT signs.Using the 3D design software Catia,it first extracts the number module of the exterior panel and establishes for it a suitable Cartesian coordinate system.Then by the proper placement of magnets and the addition of a layer of soft film,it can fasten the attachment in position while preventing it from damaging the car body.The magnesium-alluminium alloy,the material out of which the attachment body is made,ensures its stiffness,strength and conformity.
