The advances of the modern logistics industry in the U.S.is greatly facilitated by its logistics legal system.By contrast,the logistics industry in China is still in the initial development phase and lacks a comprehensive and sophisticated logistics legal system.In view of this,the paper looks at the latest development of the modern logistics industry in the U.S.and tries to draw lessons for the improvement of the logistics legal system of China by referencing to the corresponding legislating experience of the U.S.
