摘要
利用由电力测功机和涡轮增压汽油机组成的测试平台对一种火花塞的设计和性能进行了试验验证和研究。研究结果表明:火花塞的最高温度在800℃以内,火花塞温度随着点火提前角和空燃比的增大而升高,点火提前角每增加1°,温度升高10~15℃,空燃比增幅为1时,温度升高10~30℃。火花塞的间隙、热值设计合理,基于当前的发动机点火系统,应用在涡轮增压汽油机上可实现稳定可靠点火,没有早燃倾向。
The design and performance of spark plug was studied on the test bench comprised of electric dynamometer and turbocharged gasoline engine.The results show that the highest temperature of spark plug is within 800℃.The temperature increases with the advancing of spark timing and the increase of air-fuel ratio.The advancing of I°spark timing will make the spark plug temperature increase by 10-15℃,while the increase of per air-fuel ratio will make the park plug temperature increase by 10-30℃.The designed thermal value and spark gap of spark plug are proper.The designed spark ignition system is applied to turbocharged gasoline engine,the reliable and stable ignition can be realized without the pre-ignition trend.
